I work closely with teachers and the school principal to support long-term planning and rebranding for a nonprofit serving students from high-hardship backgrounds. I led the complete rebuild of the organization’s website, developing a new structure, visual identity, and messaging from the ground up. In parallel, I handle internal and external communications, coordinating with board members to move initiatives forward and ensure alignment across academic, administrative, and strategic priorities. The role required steady collaboration, practical problem-solving, and the ability to translate between educational, organizational, and public-facing needs.
