I work closely with teachers and the school principal to support long-term planning and rebranding for a nonprofit serving students from high-hardship backgrounds. I led the complete rebuild of the organization’s website, developing a new structure, visual identity, and messaging from the ground up. In parallel, I handle internal and external communications, coordinating with board members to move initiatives forward and ensure alignment across academic, administrative, and strategic priorities. The role required steady collaboration, practical problem-solving, and the ability to translate between educational, organizational, and public-facing needs.Eustathia I. Using my pen name "Mona Silvia, Night Logic is a collection of short stories structured around the loose reasoning of dreams, and things unfold according to atmosphere rather than cause and effect. The narratives move more in a way of a line of thoughts, abrupt shifts, and recurring images, following an internal logic that mirrors the sequences of the familiar but unstable. Characters flow through these stories without clear resolution, guided by coincidence. Taken together, the collection explores how meaning forms in the dark.
